Beyoncé, JAY-Z & DJ Khaled Dedicate Detroit Concert to Aretha Franklin Amid Reports She’s “Gravely Ill”

On Monday night (Aug. 13), after reports emerged saying that Aretha Franklin was “gravely ill” and living her last days, Beyoncé and JAY-Z dedicated their “On The Run II Tour” concert in Franklin’s hometown of Detroit to the Queen of Soul.

After performing their first song, “Holy Grail,” at Ford Field, Beyoncé told the cheering crowd “This show tonight is dedicated to Aretha Franklin.” Queen Bey added, “We love you and thank you for changing all of our lives with beautiful music.”

DJ Khaled, who served as the opening act of Monday’s show, got the crowd excited when he played one of Franklin’s biggest hits, “Respect.” After playing the song, Khaled shouted: “Make some noise for Aretha Franklin” as the audience cheered.

The touching dedications came just hours after news broke that the iconic singer was dying of cancer.

CNN reported late Monday that Franklin is in hospice care, and Detroit news anchor Evrod Cassimy, who has been in touch with the R&B/Soul legend’s loved ones said she was being “surrounded by friends and family” and “asking for your prayers at this time.”

Stevie Wonder and Jesse Jackson are among the singer’s friends who have visited Franklin at her home in Detroit over the last few days, according to her publicist Gwendolyn Quinn. Mariah Carey tweeted that she was “praying for the Queen of Soul,” as did Ciara and Missy Elliott.

Aretha Franklin Is “Alert, Talking, Laughing” With Family, Nephew Says

Amid news reports that Aretha Franklin is “gravely ill” with cancer, her nephew says she is in good spirits and she and the family are hoping she’ll “pull through.”

Tim Franklin tells PEOPLE that his aunt is “alert, laughing, teasing, able to recognize people.” He said, “Family is there with her. She’s home.”

Tim said he saw her last week and was doing fine. “I saw her a week ago Friday and we talked for about 45 minutes to an hour. My brother was there on Saturday and she was alert, talking, laughing, joking,” he explained. “She’s watching TV, so God forbid she sees all of this ‘Aretha’s dead,’ so I don’t want to dampen her spirits on that.”

Citing doctors, TMZ reported Monday (Aug. 13) that Franklin was on her deathbed and wouldn’t make it to Tuesday. Well, today is Wednesday and Aretha Franklin is still with us, and her family is choosing to remain hopeful. Tim says that while his aunt “is sick,” their family is “trying to keep her spirits up and go from there.”

“We believe she’ll pull through it, she believes she’ll pull through it, and that’s the important thing,” he said.

While her loved ones are remaining hopeful, CNN reported late Monday that the Queen of Soul is in hospice care.

Detroit news anchor Evrod Cassimy, who has been in touch with Franklin’s family, described the singer as being “surrounded by friends and family” Monday and said that Franklin was “asking for your prayers at this time.”

Stevie Wonder and Jesse Jackson are among the stars who have visited Franklin at her home in Detroit, Michigan over the last few days, her publicist Gwendolyn Quinn confirmed to AP.

Mariah Carey tweeted that she was “praying for the Queen of Soul,” and Beyoncé dedicated her and JAY-Z’s sold out concert Monday at Ford Field in Detroit to Franklin.

Aretha Franklin has battled with health problems and weight throughout her life, and was diagnosed with an “unspecified illness,” widely reported to be pancreatic cancer, in 2010.

Shortly afterward, Franklin canceled a string of live shows, but didn’t confirm the diagnosis. She had a comeback tour in 2011, but was forced to cancel several of those shows due to an undisclosed medical condition.

On Monday, a source close to the singer confirmed with the Associated Press that Franklin is “seriously ill” but declined to elaborate on her condition or the severity of her sickness.

“She has been ill for a long time,” a longtime friend previously said, according to PEOPLE. “She did not want people to know, and she didn’t make it public.”

Queen Naija Announces Pregnancy With “Friend” Clarence 4 Months After Divorcing Chris Sails

Well, that was fast! Popular YouTube personality Queen Naija just surprised her fans with big news on her latest video. She’s having a baby with her “friend” Clarence and she just got divorced four months ago.

Queen built her following on YouTube by doing funny videos with her now ex-husband Chris Sails, and they split earlier this year after being married for years after he cheated on her multiple times.

The couple, who have a young son together, divorced back in April. And after leaving Chris, Queen released a song called “Medicine” which has been doing fairly well on the radio and even charted on Billboard. Clarence played “Chris” in the video.

In a recent interview with Ebro from Hot 97, Queen said she felt as though her ex-husband was jealous of her singing career, and she also refused to call Clarence her boyfriend at the time because she didn’t feel like he deserved that title just yet.

The pair were so low-key to the point where people were saying Clarence didn’t want to claim Queen or vice versa. Well, now Queen wants the world to know who the new love of her life is. She took to YouTube, of course, to announce that they’re expecting their first child together.

“There’s one more thing we don’t want to hide from you guys,” Queen Naija said in the video. “Because we would feel that it’s unfair and it’s not something that should be hidden.” She then said she would let the next clip do the talking, and the next clip was a video of an ultrasound scan.

Azealia Banks Compared Staying at Elon Musk’s House to “Get Out” Movie

After deciding to put her upcoming album Fantasea II: The Second Wave on hold after the Wildn’ Out debacle, it looks like Azealia Banks is back in the studio working on new music.

And it seems like she’s doing whatever it takes to finish her collaboration with Canadian singer Grimes, even if that means waiting around the musician’s boyfriend Elon Musk’s home all by herself for days.

The rapper and professional word vomiter said that’s exactly what she’s been doing in a message share shared to her Instagram story over the weekend.

“Literally been sitting at Elon Musks waiting for Grimes to show up and start these sessions,” she wrote. “I have no idea when she is coming back. I’m going to wait one more day then I’m going to go home.”

Later, she compared her stay at Musk’s house to Jordan Peele’s 2016 Oscar-winning movie “Get Out.” She wrote: “Staying at Elon Musk’s house has been like a real [life] episode of ‘Get Out’”

She then went on one of her signature rants full of slurs and TMI, suggesting Grimes and Musk wanted to have a threesome with her and calling them both “crackheads” and Musk a “trash a** beta male pig.”

She also accused Musk’s family of profiting from mining emerald and ore in southern Africa during apartheid, called him ugly said he was on the Down Syndrome spectrum. Oh, and she also said he was a “mutant.”

Read her entire rant below:

“LOL, Elon Musk is better off hiring an escort. At least an escort would have kept her mouth shut about his business. He’s got some dirty-sneaker-inbred-out of the words Pabst beer p***y methhead-junkie running around town telling EVERYONE EVERYTHING ABOUT HIM. All because he needed a date to the Met Gala to hide his shrinking d**k from Amber Heard LOL.

“A f***ing rebound. A beta male who took steroids and got hair plugs to convince himself he was alpha. There’s no reason, that in this collab with Grimes, I know so much about ‘Elon Musk’ … Grimes is really an idiot.

“And Elon Musk is really a part of the problem. When you talk about white male privilege and colonialism… His family’s wealth is rooted in emerald and ore mines in southern African during apartheid.

“This trash a** beta male pig was given his start in life because his disgusting racist parents took advantage of thousands of black people…..

“Ask Elon Musk what the f*** he does for Africa? Nothing, he ignores it. These fake a** libertarian sh** bags.

“And hes ugly. The thin grey lips. The froggy eyelids. Un-uniformed hair growth pattern. Pork skin. He’s own the Down syndrome spectrum. FOR SURE

“There’s something not quite right about that man. I wouldn’t give the credit of calling him an alien. He’s a mutant. His humanoid group emerged/crawled out of the Caucasus cave system 15,000 years after the first Caucasian homo-sapiens did. He’s really a caveman.”

And that’s not all. Banks, apparently after being accused of holding herself hostage, continued:

“Holding myself hostage? So you mean to tell me I specifically invited myself into your home after weeks and weeks of you telling me how your man thinks I’m hot and begging me to come to LA to work with [your] crusty a**? F***ing crackers. The last time I try working with a white b**ch.

“They’re both two f***ing crackheads. [He’s] tweeting on acid f***ing up his own stocks and whatnot. A real life dummy The nerve of these crackheads to think I would put my fully human lips on them. Absolutely atrocious.

After waiting for days, Banks said she received a first-class plane ticket out of L.A., which she did not appreciate.

“Lol I waited around all weekend while Grimes coddled her boyfriend for being too stupid to know not to go on Twitter while on acid. Then she had the nerve to go ghost and ‘book me a first class flight’ thru Roc Nation as if she’s big enough to send ME out of La. Ha!

“I should have stayed my ass in NYC. They invited me here to stay and told me I couldn’t bring my boyfriend…. Lol… it was probably some weird threesome sex sh** to begin with…..”

Yikes. This is a far cry from the excitement Banks expressed last month on Twitter when she found out she was going to collaborate with Grimes.

“Omg I’m listening to f2!!! All the songs are finished except Lorelei and Grimes song,” she tweeted. “I have a session next week with Alex Carapetis to lock Lorelei down. Then I go to LA to finish grimes and oh yes!! Finish Paradiso two! But daaaaaaaamn there’s some heat!”

Guess it’s safe to say this Grimes collaboration won’t be happening after all.

Stephanie Mills Dragged Sam Smith to Wakanda & Back for Michael Jackson Diss

Protip: If you are a somewhat popular singer, it would be in your best interests to never come for a legend like Michael Jackson. Apparently, British singer Sam Smith didn’t get the memo.

While vacationing with fellow singer Adam Lambert on what appears to be a yacht, Sam Smith was caught on video saying that he doesn’t like Michael Jackson. “I don’t like Michael Jackson but this is a good song,” Smith said as an MJ song played in the background.

While many folks on Twitter told Smith to put some gah damb respeck on the King of Pop’s name, even referencing the fact that his own song from the Bond move sounded like a knockoff of Jackson’s “Earth Song,” there was one person’s response to Smith’s MJ diss that stood out even more.

After the legendary Stephanie Mills caught wind of Smith’s comments about her late friend, she took to social media and dragged him for absolute filth. I mean, she took him to Wakanda, LET HIM HAVE IT, and then shipped his happy azz back to America with new knowledge that he is NOT to ever come for the King in the future.

“Don’t come for MICHAEL JACKSON when you wish you have sold as many records and you wish you were the King of Pop like he was,” she wrote on Instagram. “I’m so tired of you people studying our music, and studying our [artists] and claiming that you don’t like our music. Go sit your 1 HIT WONDER ass down and learn how to finish a tour. When you can sell as many records as the king of Pop, Michael Jackson then maybe you can say something. So I say to you Mr. Smith have several seats and come for me if you want to.”

Stephanie Mills also reminded the world of that time Sam Smith called a black woman a “black cunt.”

She said in a separate IG post: “Why would we embrace a man who refers to us as BLACK CUNTS? Yet he won the 2015 BET’s new artist award.”

BAY-BEH!!! Stephanie Mills got all the time today!

Aretha Franklin Is Reportedly Dying From Cancer, Family & Friends Saying Final Goodbyes

Prayers up for Aretha Franklin. According to multiple reports, the Queen of Soul is “gravely ill” and is “asking for your prayers at this time.”

The sad news came from Roger Friedman from Showbiz411 as well as a report from a news anchor in Aretha’s hometown of Detroit.

WDIV Morning Anchor Evrod Cassimy shared on Twitter this morning: “I am so saddened to report that the Queen of Soul and my good friend, Aretha Franklin is gravely ill. I spoke with her family members this morning. She is asking for your prayers at this time. I’ll have more details as I’m allowed to release.”

TMZ reported Monday morning (Aug. 13) that Franklin’s friends and family were preparing to say their final goodbyes to her, as she is dying from cancer.

A source very close to Aretha and a longtime dear friend tells TMZ he was told a week ago, “Prepare yourself, she’s dying.” The source adds Aretha was down to 86 pounds and her health was failing. The source says 2 weeks ago everyone in Aretha’s circle was told “she could go any time.”

Another source — someone who has been close to Aretha for decades — tells TMZ she has been battling cancer.

Franklin, who is 76, has been in poor health as of late. She has continued performing, but on a limited basis, with her most recent performance being nearly a year ago last November at an Elton John AIDS Foundation event.

It is no secret that Franklin has struggled with weight, alcohol and was a heavy smoker. She gained and lost weight, quit smoking, and in 2011 canceled a concert tour to have a surgery that was rumored to have been to remove cancerous tumors.

While she never confirmed the diagnosis, a year later in 2011 she had a comeback concert but the comeback doesn’t last as over the next few years, she canceled a number of gigs to deal with an undisclosed medical condition.

She told the Associated Press in 2013 that she had a “miraculous recovery” and was “85%” healed.

Last November, rumors swirled that Franklin had died from cancer after a post from a fake Twitter account purporting to be Franklin’s said that she had passed away. Later, the Instagram blog Fameolous said that Franklin was “not doing good and may pass soon.” They added that she had been “battling cancer for a while now.”

Franklin has been a victim of declining health rumors for the past several years, but it sounds like this latest story has some credibility behind it. At one of her last concerts, a show in Detroit at an outdoor venue, she reportedly said to the audience to “keep me in your prayers.”

Although Franklin has declined to identify her illnesses, all three of her siblings have died from cancer: her brother Cecil in 1989 from lung cancer, her sisters Carolyn from breast cancer in 1988 and Erma in 2002 from throat cancer.

Franklin has the third-most Grammy Awards for any female artist in history. In an interview with Rolling Stone last year, she said that would be her last year performing and touring, but she planned to go into the studio and make music with “her old pal Stevie Wonder.”

Franklin told Rolling Stone, “Of course, several of the songs are going to be produced by Stevie. There’s only one Stevie, right?”

Earlier this year, Franklin said she wanted Jennifer Hudson to portray her in a biopic after Halle Berry turned down the role.

North West Wants to Know Why Kim Kardashian Is Famous

Kim Kardashian’s 5-year-old daughter North West is at the age where she questions everything. Particularly, her mom’s fame.

Thursday (Aug. 9), during an interview with Big Boy’s Neighborhood on Real 92.3 LA, Kim said she finally had to have “that” conversation with North about why mommy is famous, and she basically dodged the question like an opossum trying to dodge traffic.

“[She said] ‘Mom, why are you famous?’” Kim said. “Oh… okay, I’m gonna have to explain this. And I’m like, ‘We have a TV show. We have a TV show.’ And she was like ‘Oh, okay.’ And that was the first time when she was like ‘Oh.’”

Uhm. Yeah. About that. Yikes. Should we tell North the REAL reason why mommy’s famous?

While Kim obviously can’t tell a little 5-year-old girl that her mom’s fame is the result of a sex tape with a man who isn’t her dad, we’re sure this isn’t the last time North is going to visit this question.

One day in the near future, a Google search is going to expose the truth and Kim had better be prepared for LOTS of questions.

Tekashi 6ix9ine Facing Up to 3 Years in Jail, Could Be a Registered Sex Offender

Tekashi 6ix9ine could spend the next 1-3 years of his life behind bars if prosecutors get their way.

The controversial rapper, whose real name is Daniel Hernandez, appeared in court Thursday (Aug. 9) to answer to charges related to a sexual misconduct case from 2015 in which he was charged with the use of a child in a sexual performance and was found guilty.

Tekashi 69 was accused of having sexual contact with a 13-year-old girl in February 2015 and later distributing at least three videos of the incident online.

According to the criminal complaint, in the first video, “the child engages in oral sexual intercourse with the separately charged defendant Taquan Anderson, while the defendant, Daniel Hernandez, stands behind the child making a thrusting motion with his pelvis and smacking her on her buttocks. The child is nude in the video.”

The other two videos show the child sitting on 6ix9ine’s lap while Anderson groped her breasts and later sitting naked across Anderson and 6ix9ine. The rapper claimed to have “no sexual contact” with the girl and denied knowing she was a minor.

Tekashi also claimed to be 17 years old at the time of the incident, although the birth date listed in the complaint against him and in his statement to the police shows he was actually 18 at the time.

The judge over the case gave him a conditional release and deferred his sentence for two years. The deal stated that Tekashi cannot get into any trouble of any kind, must complete community service hours, have a mental health evaluation, obtain his GED, and write an apology letter to the victim.

Had he met the terms of the deal, 6ix9ine would have essentially received a slap on the wrist—three years probation and he would not have to register as a sex offender. However, prosecutors are now saying that 6ix9ine violated the terms of his plea agreement by getting arrested in Houston and Brooklyn.

According to the Blast, the Manhattan D.A. is now recommending the rapper be sentenced to 1-3 years in a state prison and be registered as a sex offender.

Even though Tekashi has claimed he was a minor when the incident occurred, officials are adamant he should be “sentenced as an adult for the crime he committed against a child and accept the consequences of that conviction, including registration under the Sexual Offender Registration Act.”

The letter to the judge states “Defendant has had over two years to demonstrate to this Court that the role he played in the sexual exploitation of a thirteen-year-old child was an aberration in his otherwise law-abiding life. He has failed to do so.”

Tekashi 69 will be sentenced on October 2nd.

Kim Kardashian Awkward Bed Photo Memes: Funniest Twitter Reactions

Kim Kardashian became the subject of hilarious memes on Twitter after she was accused of trying to steal Beyoncé’s thunder following her Vogue cover reveal.

It may be pure coincidence, but every time Beyoncé does something important, Kim seems to follow right behind by posting a sexy photo on social media. According to the BeyHive, however, Kim’s sexy posts are no coincidence.

Just hours after Beyoncé’s Vogue cover and essay were revealed online, Kim hopped on Instagram and Twitter and posted a photo of herself wearing a thong to promote her Yeezy sneakers. She captioned the photo “Like Butter,” referencing the sneakers’ name: Yeezy Boost 350 V2 Butter trainers.

Sure, posting sexy pics is what makes Kim Kardashian Kim Kardashian, but her posting this particular pic the day of Bey’s Vogue cover reveal is interesting because, as the BeyHive pointed out, those Butter 350 Yeezys came out two months ago in June 2018. Coincidence or nah? Probably the latter.

In response to Kimmy K’s desperate grab for attention, she was dragged all over Twitter by fans who turned her awkward photo into a hilarious meme.

Kim sweetie just log off for the day. Today is about BEYONCE and Vogue. We can promote your husband another [day]. Thanx hun,” Twitter user @Mavura123 tweeted. “It never fails. Every time Beyonce does something monumental, Kim has to be like, “Hey look at me!” and the most embarrassing part is that it’s so thinly veiled.”, @MorganJerkins said.

Along with Kim’s attention-seeking antics, the picture’s awkwardness is what sparked the hilarious reactions. As you can see in the photo, Kardashian can be seen laying on a messy bed in an awkward position, with her arms stiffly raised above her head and her legs splayed out below—kinda like a crime scene chalk outline or, even funnier, the elderly lady in the Life Alert commercials.

Talks Body Image, Twins’ C-Section Birth, Her Ancestry and Much More

Beyoncé goes for a completely natural look for her September 2018 Vogue magazine cover. “I think it’s important for women and men to see and appreciate the beauty in their natural bodies,” she says in an essay penned for the cover story. “That’s why I stripped away the wigs and hair extensions and used little makeup for this shoot.”

Beyoncé’s Vogue spread was shot entirely by a young, black photographer. In fact, 23-year-old Tyler Mitchell is the first African American to shoot a Vogue cover in the magazine’s entire 126-year history, and Queen Bey is the reason why he’s making history. She was given full control over the direction of the shoot and its accompanying feature.

“It’s important to me that I help open doors for younger artists,” she said. “Until there is a mosaic of perspectives coming from different ethnicities behind the lens, we will continue to have a narrow approach and view of what the world actually looks like. That is why I wanted to work with this brilliant 23-year-old photographer Tyler Mitchell.”

The notoriously private entertainer, who rarely (if ever) does interviews these days, opened up about her body image, complications from her pregnancy with twins Rumi and Sir, her ancestry and legacy, Coachella, her OTRII stadium tour with husband JAY-Z, and more.

Here are some things we learned about Beyoncé from her Vogue essay:

1Beyoncé was more than 200 pounds after giving birth to the twins. She had an emergency C-Section and still has a little “FUPA” to this day, which she says she now embraces.

“After the birth of my first child, I believed in the things society said about how my body should look. I put pressure on myself to lose all the baby weight in three months, and scheduled a small tour to assure I would do it. Looking back, that was crazy. I was still breastfeeding when I performed the Revel shows in Atlantic City in 2012. After the twins, I approached things very differently.

“I was 218 pounds the day I gave birth to Rumi and Sir. I was swollen from toxemia and had been on bed rest for over a month. My health and my babies’ health were in danger, so I had an emergency C-section. We spent many weeks in the NICU. My husband was a soldier and such a strong support system for me. I am proud to have been a witness to his strength and evolution as a man, a best friend, and a father. I was in survival mode and did not grasp it all until months later.

“Today I have a connection to any parent who has been through such an experience. After the C-section, my core felt different. It had been major surgery. Some of your organs are shifted temporarily, and in rare cases, removed temporarily during delivery. I am not sure everyone understands that. I needed time to heal, to recover.

“During my recovery, I gave myself self-love and self-care, and I embraced being curvier. I accepted what my body wanted to be. After six months, I started preparing for Coachella. I became vegan temporarily, gave up coffee, alcohol, and all fruit drinks. But I was patient with myself and enjoyed my fuller curves. My kids and husband did, too.

“I think it’s important for women and men to see and appreciate the beauty in their natural bodies. That’s why I stripped away the wigs and hair extensions and used little makeup for this shoot.

“To this day my arms, shoulders, breasts, and thighs are fuller. I have a little mommy pouch, and I’m in no rush to get rid of it. I think it’s real. Whenever I’m ready to get a six-pack, I will go into beast zone and work my ass off until I have it. But right now, my little FUPA and I feel like we are meant to be.”

2After researching her ancestry, Beyoncé found out one of her ancestors was a slave owner who fell in love with and married a slave.

“I come from a lineage of broken male-female relationships, abuse of power, and mistrust. Only when I saw that clearly was I able to resolve those conflicts in my own relationship. Connecting to the past and knowing our history makes us both bruised and beautiful.

“I researched my ancestry recently and learned that I come from a slave owner who fell in love with and married a slave. I had to process that revelation over time. I questioned what it meant and tried to put it into perspective. I now believe it’s why God blessed me with my twins. Male and female energy was able to coexist and grow in my blood for the first time. I pray that I am able to break the generational curses in my family and that my children will have less complicated lives.”

3Beyoncé came up with the theme of her Coachella performance one day while putting Rumi to sleep and she started singing the black national anthem “Lift Every Voice and Sing.”

“I had a clear vision for Coachella. I was so specific because I’d seen it, I’d heard it, and it was already written inside of me. One day I was randomly singing the black national anthem to Rumi while putting her to sleep. I started humming it to her every day. In the show at the time I was working on a version of the anthem with these dark minor chords and stomps and belts and screams.

“After a few days of humming the anthem, I realized I had the melody wrong. I was singing the wrong anthem. One of the most rewarding parts of the show was making that change. I swear I felt pure joy shining down on us. I know that most of the young people on the stage and in the audience did not know the history of the black national anthem before Coachella. But they understood the feeling it gave them.

“It was a celebration of all the people who sacrificed more than we could ever imagine, who moved the world forward so that it could welcome a woman of color to headline such a festival.”

4Performing in Berlin at the site of the 1936 Olympics for the “On The Run II” stadium tour was a memorable moment for Beyoncé.

“One of the most memorable moments for me on the On the Run II tour was the Berlin show at Olympiastadion, the site of the 1936 Olympics. This is a site that was used to promote the rhetoric of hate, racism, and divisiveness, and it is the place where Jesse Owens won four gold medals, destroying the myth of white supremacy.

“Less than 90 years later, two black people performed there to a packed, sold-out stadium. When Jay and I sang our final song, we saw everyone smiling, holding hands, kissing, and full of love. To see such human growth and connection—I live for those moments.”

5Beyoncé says she’s deliberate about how she presents herself to the world, and she wants to give her children the freedom to whatever they want to do in life.

“My mother taught me the importance not just of being seen but of seeing myself. As the mother of two girls, it’s important to me that they see themselves too—in books, films, and on runways. It’s important to me that they see themselves as CEOs, as bosses, and that they know they can write the script for their own lives—that they can speak their minds and they have no ceiling. They don’t have to be a certain type or fit into a specific category. They don’t have to be politically correct, as long as they’re authentic, respectful, compassionate, and empathetic. They can explore any religion, fall in love with any race, and love who they want to love.

“I want the same things for my son. I want him to know that he can be strong and brave but that he can also be sensitive and kind. I want my son to have a high emotional IQ where he is free to be caring, truthful, and honest. It’s everything a woman wants in a man, and yet we don’t teach it to our boys.

“I hope to teach my son not to fall victim to what the internet says he should be or how he should love. I want to create better representations for him so he is allowed to reach his full potential as a man, and to teach him that the real magic he possesses in the world is the power to affirm his own existence.

“I’m in a place of gratitude right now. I am accepting of who I am. I will continue to explore every inch of my soul and every part of my artistry. I want to learn more, teach more, and live in full. I’ve worked long and hard to be able to get to a place where I can choose to surround myself with what fulfills and inspires me.”
