Third XXXTentacion Murder Suspect Arrested in Georgia, Extradited to Florida

Three down, one to go! The third XXXTentacion murder suspect is in custody, and it’s all thanks to U.S. Marshals.

The U.S. Marshals’ Southeast Regional Fugitive Task Force located 22-year-old Robert Allen at his sister’s home in Eastman, Georgia Wednesday (Jul. 25), hundreds of miles from Broward County, Florida, where he lives and where XXXTentacion was shot and killed last month. Authorities said Allen’s sister cooperated with officers when they showed up to arrest him.

Robert Allen’s mugshot from Dodge County, Georgia

Allen, who was indicted on first-degree murder and armed robbery charges last week along with his three accomplices—Dedrick Williams, Michael Boatwright and Trayvon Newsome—was booked into the Dodge County Jail and was extradited to Broward County early Friday (Jul. 27).

Dedrick Williams and Michael Boatwright are currently in custody in Broward County while Trayvon Newsome, who cops have named as one of the “trigger men” in XXX’s murder, is still at large.

Robert Allen was initially identified by police as a person of interest after he was captured on surveillance video outside RIVA Motorsports, the motorcycle dealership where XXXTentacion was moments before his murder.

Allen was also named in a felony warrant charging him with flakka possession, carrying a concealed firearm and probation violation, according to the Broward County Sheriff’s Office.

Offset Hit With Felony Gun Charges After Georgia Arrest, Lawyer Says Guns Found Weren’t His

Offset was arrested last Friday (Jul. 20) after being pulled over in Jonesboro, Goergia outside Atlanta. Multiple outlets reported that the Migos rapper, whose real name is Kiari Kendrell Cephus, was pulled over for an improper lane change (and not tinted windows as previously reported). According to People, citing a police report, officers allegedly smelled marijuana, which gave them probable cause to search his vehicle.

Police found three handguns and less than an ounce of marijuana in Offset’s car. According to TMZ, cops also found $107,000 in cash. He was subsequently hit with four separate charges, including two felony charges: possession of a firearm by a felon and possession of a weapon during a crime. Offset was also charged with possession of marijuana (an ounce or less) and an improper lane change. He was taken at Clayton County Jail before posting a $17,000 bond early Saturday (Jul. 21).

This is not Offset’s first time behind bars. The 26-year-old rapper was arrested long before Migos became a household name and actually spent some time in Georgia’s Dekalb County jail when Migos first rose to prominence in 2013 for violating his probation, which he received due to prior felony convictions for burglary and theft.

He and his Migos group members Quavo and Takeoff were also jailed in April 2015 after being arrested during a concert at Georgia Southern University. Police searched the two vehicles they arrived to the concert in after detecting a “very potent smell” of marijuana, and they found multiple guns, marijuana, codeine, cocaine, Oxycontin, and, of course, marijuana. They were jailed for drug possession, possession of firearms in a school safety zone, and possession of firearms during the commission of a crime.

His most recent brush with the law came three years later in April 2018 when Migos’ tour bus was pulled over, and police found marijuana, codeine and Xanax on the bus. None of the group members were arrested, but some members in their entourage were.

Offset and Cardi B welcomed their daughter, Kulture Kiari Cephus, their first child together, and Offset’s fourth alone (he has three children—two sons and a daughter) from previous relationships). The two secretly married last September.

While multiple outlets have reported that Offset was in violation of his probation at the time of his latest arrest, his wife Cardi B posted an Instagram story after he came home that read, “For the record Offset is NOT ON PROBATION,” which is good news because otherwise he would probably be facing some serious jail time.

Offset’s lawyer Drew Findling told TMZ that his client didn’t break any laws and was targeted because he’s a successful, wealthy, black rapper. Findling said police used the improper lane change as a “thinly veiled excuse to try and take the rapper down,” according to TMZ.

Findling, who also reps other celebs, including Gucci Mane, Katt Williams and rap newcomer Trippie Redd, said, “It’s a common theme. We’re talking about a young, African-American man driving a shiny, beautiful luxury car and clad in designer clothes and watches and jewelry. Unfortunately people in his genre become a target for law enforcement who think that lifestyle is connected to some illegal activity … and that is a sad statement.”

Findling also said that Offset was NOT in possession of any firearm. The passengers in his vehicle, his assistant, is a licensed gun holder and had guns in the car for security. Findling said Offset needs protection due to the large amounts of cash he usually carries and the expensive jewelry he wears. A good reason, considering rapper XXXTentacion was killed over $50,000 last month, and Tekashi 6ix9ine was allegedly pistol-whipped and robbed for nearly $800,000 in cash and jewelry this past weekend.

Cardi B also called BS on Offset’s arrest, reiterating Findling’s claims that he was targeted because he’s a famous rapper and the gun they found didn’t belong to him because he doesn’t even own any guns. Proving that she’s a ride-or-die chick, she’s also reportedly telling her friends she would stay with Offset even if he were to be sentenced to prison.

Because Offset has been charged with two felony gun charges as well as some misdemeanors, there is a possibility that he could do some time, but we’re sure his lawyers are going to do their best to make sure that doesn’t happen.

Jim Jones Arrested for Drugs & Gun Possession After Police Chase on Georgia Highway

Rapper Jim Jones was arrested in Georgia after leading police on a chase that ended with him getting popped for possession of drugs and a firearm, TMZ reports.

Cops attempted to pull over a grey Mercedes SUV Jim was riding in with three other people in Cowetta County, GA Thursday night (Jun. 21). According to police,  the grey Mercedes SUV was traveling south on I-85 and reportedly drifted into the left-hand emergency lane several times.

Instead of stopping for police, the car accelerated, which sparked a chase, the Sheriff’s Department said. The car eventually stopped after running into a deputy’s vehicle. Jones was NOT driving at the time. The “We Fly High” rapper was simply a passenger in the backseat.

Here’s exactly what happened, per the Newnan Times-Herald:

When Investigator Jeremy Wood with the Coweta County Sheriff’s Office pulled up beside the SUV, the interior of the car appeared to be filled with smoke and the smell of marijuana was apparent after Wood rolled down his window, according to Chief Deputy James Yarbrough with the Coweta County Sheriff’s Office.

A traffic stop was conducted on the SUV at exit 35, where the driver of the SUV reportedly rolled through the stop sign at the bottom of the exit ramp before pulling over on the side of Hwy 29.

While officers were exiting their vehicle, the driver of the SUV accelerated and led police on a short chase that ended on Griffin Street near Frazier’s, where Wood pulled in front of the SUV to stop it and was intentionally struck by the driver, Yarbrough said.

The occupants of the SUV were then ordered out of the car and to place their hands on the roof.

Jones said he had told the driver of the car, , to pull over, but stated she was acting “incoherent,” according to the report.

After searching the vehicle, deputies found marijuana, 23 Oxycodone pills, Percocets, vape cartridges, THC oil, two loaded pistols and $148 cash, which Jim called “just petty cash.” According to cops, of the two guns they found, one of them was stolen.

Ana Rajnee Miles, Darnell Maurice Wright, and Jamal Rajhun Smith were arrested along with Jim Jones.

Because no one admitted to the possession of any of the items, although Jones said he had a prescription for the Oxy and Percs, everyone was arrested.

Jones, who also reportedly admitted to smoking marijuana but denied that the weed found in the car was his, told the cops that he told the driver—identified as 23-year-old Ana Rajnee Miles—to pull over, but she was acting “incoherent.”

Jim Jones, whose real name is Joseph Guillermo Jones, was charged with three felonies: possession of a stolen gun, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, and possession of narcotics. The 41-year-old rapper was also hit with a misdemeanor charge for the prescription pills not being in their original container. He was later released on $7,000 bail.

As for Jones’ friends, Miles was charged with aggravated assault, fleeing/attempting to elude police, theft by receiving stolen property, narcotics possession, marijuana possession, dangerous drugs to be kept in original container, aggressive driving and failure to maintain lane.

31-year-old Darnell Maurice Right and 32-year-old Jamal Rajhun Smith, were also charged with narcotics possession, marijuana possession and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime. Smith was also charged with theft by receiving stolen property.

XXXTentacion Murder Suspect Arrested (MUGSHOT)

The man accused of murdering XXXTentacion has been arrested.

TMZ first broke the news that 22-year-old Dedrick D. Williams was taken into custody by the Broward County Sheriff’s Department Wednesday (Jun. 20) and was booked for first-degree murder for his alleged involvement in the shooting death of XXXTentacion.

During a vigil in South Florida Wednesday night, X’s mother reportedly told family and friends she had gotten word from police that they had XXX’s alleged murder in custody.

Someone at the vigil mentioned that there was a chase on highway I-95, which ended with cops arresting Williams for X’s murder.

Williams was arrested for operating a vehicle without a valid driver’s license, violating his probation, and, of course, allegedly murdering XXXTentacion. His charges include first-degree murder and grand theft auto. He’s currently being held in Broward County’s main jail facility with no bond for his murder charge, though his driving without a license charge has a $25 bail.

You can see Williams’ charges in detail via his arrest report below:

According to the Miami Herald, Williams was in the middle of serving five years probation on four counts of grand theft auto when he was arrested Wednesday.

TMZ reports Williams, who has at least 11 felonies on his record, has been arrested before for crimes including cocaine possession, weapons possession, domestic violence, and aggravated assault with a firearm. During an incident in 2014, he allegedly held a gun to his girlfriend’s head.

According to an Instagram profile with the username “_tattoomanchucky” that appears to belong to Williams, he is a tattoo artist. Coincidentally, a June 5th post is captioned: “Thank God I ain’t dead or behind bars.”

His most recent post was around 1 p.m. EST Wednesday afternoon, not too long before his arrest.

XXXTentacion was shot and killed Monday afternoon (Jun. 18) as he sat in his car after leaving RIVA Motorsports in Deerfield Beach, Florida.

The shooting happened in broad daylight in front of several witnesses, who reported seeing at least two masked men fleeing the scene. Eyewitnesses said the rapper was shot in the neck and died instantly.

No word yet on whether police know who the other men involved in the shooting are.

Jeremy Webster’s Booking Photo Released by Westminster, Colorado Police

Westminster, Colorado police have finally released the mugshot of the man accused of shooting four people, including a child who died, in the parking lot of a dental office after a road rage incident Thursday afternoon (Jun. 14).

23-year-old Jeremy John Webster was arrested on murder charges in connection with the deadly shooting that was the result of an alleged road rage incident.

Jeremy Webster is being charged with murder in the first degree after deliberation with intent, murder in the first-degree with extreme indifference, assault in the first degree, and criminal attempt to commit a class one felony. He is being held without bond and is due in court on Monday (Jun. 18).

Of the four people Webster opened fire on, three were a mother and her two sons. The 41-year-old mother and her 8-year-old son are in critical condition, while the mother’s 8-year-old son died as a result of his injuries. An adult male not related to the victims was also involved in the shooting. It is believed he will survive.

“When officers arrived on the scene, they found two adults and two children, suffering from gunshot wounds,” police said in the news release. “All four victims were shot in the parking lot of the business complex. There were no additional victims in any of the businesses.”

“An adult male who was shot is expected to survive his injuries. There is no relation between this victim and the below-listed victims,” police said. “An adult female and her two male children were also struck by gunfire. The female and one of the children sustained life-threatening injuries and are in critical condition. A juvenile male succumbed to his injuries.”

Police said the suspect didn’t know any of the victims, whose names have not yet been released.

According to the Denver Post, at least 20 people witnessed the shooting. One witness told The Post he “found a man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds and his clothes saturated in blood,” The man was “very coherent” and “very calm,” the witness said.

A reporter for Denver’s Contact 7 News obtained a search warrant in the case that provided more details into the shooting. It was revealed that Webster allegedly used a Glock 19 handgun in the shooting, and one of the mother’s sons (who was not injured in the shooting) described to police what happened, saying that his mom “had some sort of altercation near the intersection of Sheridan Blvd. and Turnpike Drive.”

The uninjured boy allegedly told police that Webster followed his mother’s car into the parking lot of the office building where the shootings happened and parked behind her car. A total of three children were in the car—two of them were shot; one of the two who were shot died.

The woman snapped a picture of Webster’s license plate and then exited the car with her children, and then an argument ensued, DenverChannel.com reported. As Webster and the woman argued, witnesses saw Webster pull out a handgun and shoot the woman “multiple times,” according to the warrant.

The woman fell to the ground, and Webster then turned to two of the boys and shot them both multiple times, the affidavit said. As Webster started to walk back toward his car, he turned around and shot one of the boys again as he was lying on the ground. The third child was able to run away from the scene without being shot.

After shooting the woman and her two sons, Webster made eye contact with a man in a different vehicle—a pickup truck—with his daughter. As Webster walked toward the man’s truck, he fired at it multiple times, hitting the man in both arms. He was able to put his truck in reverse and drive out of the parking lot. Thankfully, his daughter was not injured.

The woman’s 12-year-old son, who wasn’t injured in the shooting, was able to describe to police about the road rage incident and about the photo his mother took of the suspect’s license plate, which allowed officers to be able to track the vehicle to Webster, who was later apprehended on I-25 near Castle Rock.

9 News reporter Katie Eastman said she spoke with the owner of a car shop near the dentist office where the shooting occurred. The shop owner said he heard around seven or eight “deliberate” gunshots and watched a man run down the sidewalk. The shop owner said he saw police running after the man when they arrived on the scene.

Jeremy Webster reportedly waived his Miranda rights and admitted to the shooting. He also told police that he suffers from “mental health issues” and had just started a new prescription medication the day of the shooting.

Webster informed police that his new medication and the box for the handgun were at his house. The claims about his mental state and medication haven’t yet been independently verified beyond what the affidavit states.

Jacquees Arrested in Atlanta for Drug Possession & Driving 116 MPH on the Highway

Jacquees posed for this mugshot early Thursday morning (May 24) after he was arrested in Atlanta after police caught him with drugs and speeding down the highway in his 2007 Bentley Continental.

According to police, the singer was pulled over around 3 a.m. Thursday after an officer clocked him going 116mph on I-85. As he was being pulled over, the officer who initiated the traffic stop witnessed someone in Jacquees’ Bentley tossing drugs out the window. Police said they recovered about three grams of marijuana.

“The vehicle pulled to the shoulder but continued rolling a short distance,” Atlanta police spokesman Officer Lisa Bender told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution. “While it was rolling, the officer observed an item be thrown out of the passenger window.”

Police said Jacquees (real name: Rodriquez Broadnax) admitted to the arresting officer he tried to get rid of the weed. Jacquees was cuffed and charged with speeding, reckless driving, littering and possession of a controlled substance. His passenger, 23-year-old Satanesha Boutwell, was also arrested on a possession charge.

“A search of the vehicle uncovered more marijuana in possession of the passenger,” Officer Bender said.

Jacquees and his passenger were released from the Atlanta City Detention Center Thursday on signature bonds.

This is the third time Jacquees has been arrested this year alone. Back in March, the singer was arrested in Miami for driving in his Lamborghini without a seatbelt, and he was briefly detained at an airport in Milwaukee a couple weeks ago after he got into an argument with someone, and then allegedly told a police officer he was “just a white boy with a badge.”
